The *OFFICIAL* Grand Opening of Cookies Craft and Kitchen.
Join us for a drink in our new bar. We'll be serving you a selection of world beers, obscure wines and spirits. All served Sommelier style.
The bar is located in our underground dining and tasting room. Created for guests to enjoy a private, quiet drink in a contemporary setting.
All service will be table service and guests are invited to book to avoid disappointment. We will be open Friday and Saturdays for Sommelier style service at night.

Flowering Teas
Coming Soon!
Flowering tea or blooming tea consists of a bundle of dried tea leaves wrapped around one or more dried flowers. These are made by binding tea leaves and flowers together into a bulb, then setting them to dry.
Flowering tea is generally served in containers made of glass or similar transparent materials so that the flowering effect can be seen
Oatcakes at your service
Join us for breakfast
A Staffordshire oatcake is made from oatmeal, flour and yeast to make a dense pancake. It is cooked on a griddle, "backstone" or "baxton".
It was once common throughout the Potteries for oatcakes to be sold directly from the window of a house to customers on the street. The last producer in this style, the "Hole in the Wall" in Stoke-on-Trent, closed on 25 March 2012
